I still can't figure out how to enter my pet's measurements?

Did you order something and never enter your pet's information? Just go to the customer login and login. Then select, "Account Information" on the left hand "User Menu." Select "Billing Information and Pet Measurements" to see the information that you have entered. Scroll down and now enter any missing information. Or email us your measurements after your place the order.
